Information We Collect

    • IP address, user name, file name transferred, FTP client, date/time

  • If you are a merchant, we will collect your account registration information (e.g. name, address, business name, telephone number, business description) your customer order information, sales information, advertising details and clickstream data.
  • If you are a merchant, we may collect your customer credit card information. We delete such credit card information fourteen (14) days after the merchant retrieves such information. Note that we may collect your credit card information when you sign up to be a supplier member, however, we do not process or store your credit card data -our third party payment processor tokenizes the information and stores it in compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  • If you purchase products through our Site, we may collect information about your order, including your name and contact information including your shipping and/or billing address, item descriptions and quantities, and content of your message.
  • We may ask you to provide us with contact and demographic information when you register on our Site. We use this information to send our Site's users, like you, information about the Site or Sumner's operations. We also use this information to contact you both online and offline when needed.
  • If you communicate with us for any reason, we will collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
